It’s beginning to look a lot like … the end of the year.

Yep, things are winding down a bit for 2024 here at The Legal Genealogist — and ramping up for 2025.

So here’s a look at fun stuff coming up on the schedule, and you’re invited to come along, to the extent possible, on the trip.

So… what’s coming up next?

My own presentation, Landing the Fourths: Proving a Case with Court, Land, and DNA Evidence, at 11:45 a.m. ET, is just one of the choices for the day. For more information and to register, check out the links on the Society’s Home Page.

Sunday, 26 January, 1 p.m. EST: The Association of Professional Genealogists is hosting — and I’ll be moderating — a virtual panel discussion on The Impact of EU Privacy Laws on Genealogical Research. For more information on this Members-Only event, see the APG event page.

Come on out and join us, if you can, for one or more of these events and note, in some cases, that registration will be free or at a reduced cost to members of the host society — and some are limited to members only… There are some reaaaaaaally good reasons for joining genealogical societies… Just sayin’…
